Like many of you, USSSA is closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments and city entities regarding facility rentals.
The well being of our guests and associates is of paramount importance.
Our Cancellation Policy:
In response to changing marketplace conditions, USSSA is committed to ensuring our customers experience flexibility during these challenging times. Due to the current impact of COVID-19, effective March 1, 2020 ALL refunds will be processed within a 90-day window after receiving a written request. Written requests should be in email form to the event director and the state office.
In the event USSSA cancels an event; the team/coach can transfer entire registration or credit towards a future 2021 event immediately with no transfer fee or other costs. If the team/coach requests a refund, it will be processed within a 90-day window based on requested date in writing.
